Ecco perchè mi sto tenendo così accuratamente a distanza da qui: perché mi basta aprire un momento la pagina e la mia attenzione viene catturata da un vortice di commenti adorabili (che bello che siete passati di qui anche quando non c'ero!) e di ricette squisite che fanno capolino dalla sidebar... oooooooh!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#003333;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#003333;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;Comunque, ora che ci sono, colgo l'occasione per fare un salutino e per rassicurare chi si fosse chiesto se sono forse stata investita da una valanga di zucchero: ...sto bene!! E' solo che dopo tanto rimandare mi sono dovuta buttare a capofitto nella produzione della tesi, e una volta cominciato ho scoperto che il tempo stringeva stringeva peggio della lana in un lavaggio a 90°. In un unico pirottino, infatti, si ammassa una &lt;b&gt;vasta serie di ingredienti uno più sano e nutriente dell'altro&lt;/b&gt;, che rendono questo muffin una vera e propria bomba, sia di gusto che (purtroppo) di calorie! Calorie sane però... :-)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="  ;font-family:'Trebuchet MS';font-size:small;color:#741b47;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:13px;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#741b47;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:small;"&gt;Veniamo dunque agli ingredienti che possono essere inseriti nel Morning Glory Muffin:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#741b47;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:small;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;noci, mele, carote, fichi secchi, ananas disidratato, zucca, nocciole, banane disidratate, uvetta, cocco&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;... quello che vi pare insomma! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=" ;font-family:Times;color:black;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#741b47;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:small;"&gt;Con un rapido giro su google potete trovarne mille varianti, tutte validissime. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#741b47;"&gt;&lt;span style=" ;font-family:Times;color:black;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#741b47;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:small;"&gt;Va detto, però, che come ogni cosa anche questo muffin poliedrico deve aver avuto un inizio, e infatti &lt;b&gt;la ricetta originale, risalente al lontano 1978&lt;/b&gt; (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 18px;"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#741b47;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:small;"&gt;che si può trovare &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.ebfarm.com/Recipes/StyledRecipe.aspx?RecipeID=113"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#741b47;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:small;"&gt;qui&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#741b47;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:small;"&gt;) prevede una certa combinazione di mela, carota, cocco, ananas e noci. Oltre al mix di frutta secca ho fatto un'altra modifica rilevante, per attenermi alla mia regola aurea di usare sempre solo 1 uovo e limitare al massimo burro, olii ecc: ho sostituito le TRE uova e i vari litri di olio vegetale richiesti da un pò tutte le ricette con un 1 uovo, meno olio e yogurt greco magro. Mi sento di poter dire che non ne hanno risentito!! ;-)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#741b47;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:small;"&gt;Quando il forno è caldo a 180°C unite tutti gli ingredienti, date qualche bella mescolata energica (fermandovi, cioè, prima che il composto diventi troppo 'ordinato'), riempite gli stampi imburrati o rivestiti con i pirottini e fate cuocere per 25-30 minuti (almeno, questo è il tempo che è servito alla mia stufetta a gas... dopo i 20 min canonici dalla prova stecchino risultavano ancora crudi).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#741b47;"&gt;&lt;span E poi il vino, e il Porto... Dato che l'ultima volta mi erano venuti un pò 'tosti' stavolta ho fatto qualche piccola modifica per renderli più fluffosi. Ho usato:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="  ;font-family:'Lucida Grande';font-size:small;color:#4c1130;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:13px;"&gt;150 gr di farina &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="  ;font-family:'Lucida Grande';font-size:small;color:#4c1130;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:13px;"&gt;2 cucchiaini abbondanti di lievito per torte salate &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="  ;font-family:'Lucida Grande';font-size:small;color:#4c1130;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:13px;"&gt;1 presa di sale e 1 pizzico di pepe&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="  ;font-family:'Lucida Grande';font-size:small;color:#4c1130;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:13px;"&gt;1 cucchiaino di timo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="  ;font-family:'Lucida Grande';font-size:small;color:#4c1130;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:13px;"&gt;1 uovo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="  ;font-family:'Lucida Grande';font-size:small;color:#4c1130;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:13px;"&gt;2 cucchiai d'olio extravergine di oliva&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="  ;font-family:'Lucida Grande';font-size:small;color:#4c1130;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:13px;"&gt;150 gr di yogurt bianco (o 1 vasetto + mezzo bicchiere di latte)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="  ;font-family:'Lucida Grande';font-size:small;color:#4c1130;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:13px;"&gt;50 gr di parmigiano grattugiato&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"    style="  ;font-family:'Lucida Grande';font-size:13px;color:#4c1130;"&gt;Con queste dosi ne escono 9, non molto grandi... direi che raddoppiando se ne possono ottenere 12 belli grandicelli!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"    style="  ;font-family:'Lucida Grande';font-size:13px;color:#4c1130;"&gt;La preparazione è la &lt;a href="http://nonsolomuffin.blogspot.com/2009/03/un-muffin-di-benvenuto-muffin-alla.html"&gt;solita&lt;/a&gt;, uguale a quella della versione dolce: in una ciotola ho messo tutti i componenti secchi, nell'altra quelli umidi e il parmigiano. Le mia prima meta è stata la classicissima &lt;a href="http://www.coincasa.it/"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#6600CC;"&gt;coincasa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;, dove ho comprato (tenetevi forte) la mia prima tovaglia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;[ breve spiegazione: la mia casa è  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:x-small;"&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:x-small;"&gt;* minima *&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:x-small;"&gt;   &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;e le cene più numerose che ho potuto fare finora sono state di 3 persone, per cui me la sono sempre cavate con un'apparecchiatura all'americana. Ultimamente, però, la cookingmania si sta impossessando totalmente del mio raziocinio, e quindi ho cominciato a ipotizzare improbabili spostamenti di mobili e unioni di tavoli per accroccare una cena da 6/8 persone. Alla fine il progetto della cena è caduto, ma la tovaglia l'ho comprata lo stesso: meglio essere pronti ad ogni evenienza! ]&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"   style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';color:#330033;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;La seconda tappa è stata un negozio molto interessante, aperto da qualche mese, dove inspiegabilmente non avevo mai messo piede: &lt;a href="http://it.maisonsdumonde.com/"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#6600CC;"&gt;maisons du monde&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"   style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';color:#330033;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt; L'"interessantità" di questo luogo è dovuta al fatto che a prezzi modici si trovano a-do-ra-bi-li accessori, quadretti, portafoto, lavagne, candele, ecc ecc sul genere neocoloniale romantico country chic, e una vasta serie di piatti carini e particolari. Penso che molti inorridiranno,eppure se ci riflettete che differenza c'è tra fare il risotto unendo il brodo tutto insieme all'inizio (invece che aggiungerlo poco a poco) come moltissimi autorevolissimi fanno, e mettere tutto il brodo nella pentola a pressione dimezzando il tempo? L'unica differenza è appunto il tempo! Provare per credere :-)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"   style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';color:#330033;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"   style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';color:#330033;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;Ecco dunque gli ingredienti (per 2 persone):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"   style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';color:#330033;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;160 gr di riso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"   style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';color:#330033;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;2 zucchine medie&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"   style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';color:#330033;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;1 scalogno&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"   style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';color:#330033;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;2 cucchiaini di curry&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"   style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';color:#330033;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;brodo vegetale *&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"   style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';color:#330033;"&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;* P&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;er cuocere il risotto nella pentola a pressione è necessario indovinare bene le proporzioni tra riso e acqua. Il criterio è che l'acqua deve essere &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;una volta e mezza il riso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal; "&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;! Quindi, versate il riso in un bicchiere e vedete dove arriva: la quantità d'acqua dovrà essere una volta e mezza quella quantità (esempio: 1 bicchiere di riso / 1 bicchiere e mezzo di acqua; mezzo bicc&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;hiere di riso / 3/4 di bicchiere di acqua; e così via).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"   style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';color:#330033;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"   style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';color:#330033;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;Tritare finemente lo scalogno. Tagliare la zucchina a cubetti piccoli. Dosare l'acqua e mettere sul fuoco.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"   style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';color:#330033;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;Nella pentola a pressione, far soffriggere lo scalogno e poi aggiungere le zucchine a cubetti. Far cuocere 5 per minuti a fiamma vivace stando attenti che non si attacchino. Quando l'acqua arriva a ebollizione aggiungere brodo vegetale e i 2 cucchiaini di curry, mescolare e spegnere; versare il riso nella pentola a pressione mescolando bene finchè non diventa trasparente, aggiungere il brodo (lo abbiamo spento altrimenti evapora troppo e addio proporzioni!), mescolare con cura e chiudere la pentola a pressione.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"   style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';color:#330033;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;Lasciare la fiamma alta e aspettare il fischio, quando comincia abbassare il fuoco al minimo e calcolare la metà del tempo di cottura del riso (e anche un minutino in meno).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"   style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';color:#330033;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;Scaduto il tempo lasciare svaporare la pentola a pressione, aprire, dare una bella mescolata, assaggiare. font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;&lt;div&gt;Pur monitorando attentamente le proposte del web in tema di crema di zucca, non sono ancora riuscita a trovare una ricetta che per semplicità di ingredienti e di preparazione riesca ad eguagliare quella che vi andrò a proporre.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#330033;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;La mia Adorata Crema di Zucca, che mi preparo spessissimo e che non mi stufa mai, è in realtà una ricetta del caro &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;Betto, il mio papà supplente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#330033;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;, che penso sia uno dei colpevoli del mio lento appassionarmi alla cucina... credo che lui abbia un dono, in tema di fornelli, oltre a una grande passione... e insomma è una di quelle persone che ti (o almeno, mi) convincono a far marinare il petto di pollo per mezz'ora nel succo d'arancia e non so cos'altro invece di schiaffarlo in padella così com'è... ti fa capire come e perchè questo farà la differenza... Il che, per una pigra e zuccona come me, è fondamentale.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#330033;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;Ma quella della marinatura del pollo è un'altra storia, e va raccontata un'altra volta. La ricetta di oggi non ha di questi problemi perchè è semplicissima, non utilizza pastrocchi come panna e simili, e il risultato è de-li-zio-so.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); e le &lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;patate&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt; in cubetti di uguale grandezza, più o meno 2 cm per lato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#330033;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;Con carota, sedano e cipolla preparare il battuto per il soffritto, mettere olio q.b. nella pentola [ per le imbranate come me, che odiano il q-b.: diciamo che l'olio deve coprire il fondo ma non creare un'onda anomala! ] e far imbiondire.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#330033;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;Aggiungere i cubetti di zucca e di patata, aggiungere acqua a coprire &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;(se si usa la pentola a pressione l'acqua non deve superare il livello delle verdure, altrimenti dopo resta troppo acquosa)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt; e cuocere per 30/40 minuti, la metà se con la pentola a pressione.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#330033;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;Nel frattempo si preparano i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;crostini&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;. Accendere il forno. Tagliare le fette di pane a cubetti, metterli nella teglia, condire con sale, un generoso filo d'olio e il rosmarino fresco, e mescolare energicamente in modo che si condiscano da tutti i lati (io lo faccio con le mani!!). Io che non ho nemmeno, e voglio sottolineare NEMMENO, una macchina fotografica! Non so come sia possibile, eppure mi rendo conto adesso che non ho una macchina fotografica!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;Perciò io prego gli eventuali lettori che transiteranno di qui di non ridere in faccia alle mie foto (vedi post precedente), perchè chiedere in prestito la macchina fotografica alla mia coinquilina e poi arrampicarmi tra lampade, tazze e scrivanie per mettere insieme una foto che fosse almeno almeno accettabile... bè, ho già avuto la mia dose di umiliazione insomma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;Comunque, tutto questo è rilevante perchè? Semplice, perchè ho un sacco di ricettine carine lì lì sulla punta delle dita, ma mi mancano due/tre elementi fondamentali:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;  &lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;non tanto il tempo di realizzarle, quanto qualcuno che se le pappi al posto mio (che sto diventando una balena)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;  &lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;la macchina fotografica per immortalarle&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;  &lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;qualche elemento decorativo genere piattino carino, pirottino delizioso, tovagliolino tenero... insomma, qualcosa! tutti i tipi di muffin (il bello della semplicità!): &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;Accendere il forno a 180°C. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'Trebuchet MS';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;Prendere due terrine: in una si mescolano tutti gli ingredienti secchi (farina, zucchero, lievito, sale, cannella), nell'altra quelli umidi (l'uovo leggermente sbattuto, le banane frullate, l'olio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);  "&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#330033;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'Trebuchet MS';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);  "&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#330033;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;Preparare il crumble &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#330033;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;mettendo gli ingredienti in una ciotola e lavorandoli con le mani come a sbriciolarli, finchè non si ottiene un che di granuloso e abbastanza asciutto da essere preso e sparso qua e là. &lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;[ E' bene usare burro ancora freddo altrimenti si scioglie subito e rimane tutto sulle mani ]&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;Quando si è pronti per infornare versare il composto liquido nella ciotola con gli ingredienti secchi e mescolare rapidamente.&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;  [ N.B.: E' molto importante non lavorare troppo l'impasto: mescolare a lungo crea non ricordo quale reazione tra amido e aria che impedisce ai muffin, una volta in forno, di lievitare nel modo giusto! :-) ]&lt;/span&gt;. Versare il composto negli appositi stampi, imburrati o rivestiti con i pirottini, riempiendo fino a 3/4 e, a manciate, coprire con il crumble.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;Cuocere per 20 minuti, verificare la cottura con uno stuzzicadenti (lasciandoli ancora qualche minuto se non esce asciutto), spegnere il forno e lasciar riposare 5 min con il forno socchiuso. La nostra microscopica cucina si è trasformata in una pasticceria, o per meglio dire in una &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;bakery&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;: io ho pensato che prima di mettermi a lavorare si potevano spendere 10 (40) minuti per fare l'ennesimo tipo di muffin, e la mia coinquilina ha deciso che non era il caso di sprecare un forno già caldo e si è lanciata nel &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;plum cake &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;che sognava di fare da tempo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;I risultati sono stati magnifici: ne sono usciti 12 bellissimi e incredibilmente profumosi Banana Crumb Muffin, e un lussureggiante &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;cake&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt; alle pere e cioccolato fondente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"   style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style=" color: rgb(102, 51, 102);  font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;Il mio pomeriggio non ha avuto altrettanta fortuna: non ho mai iniziato a lavorare! I muffin sono venuti così bene che ho passato tutto il tempo a rimirarli, annusarli, inebriarmi dei ricordi d'infanzia che mi hanno scatenato &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#330033;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;[ chi ricorda il gelato Banito? Lunghe giornate in piscina a diventare un tutt'uno con l'acqua, sognando di essere una sirena ]&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style=" color: rgb(102, 51, 102);  font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;... e alla fine, la determinazione: certe conquiste e certe scoperte devono essere essere condivise! Così ho deciso di fare un tuffo e di realizzare una cosa a cui pensavo da un pò: il mio piccolo blog, con le mie piccole ricette e i miei piccoli tesori. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"   style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style=" color: rgb(102, 51, 102);  font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);   font-family:Helvetica;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;Dico 'piccoli' perchè lo sono: piccoli muffin, piccola esperienza, piccolissimo repertorio, infinitesime capacità di cuoca. Mentre infinito è il panorama dei blog di ricette. Per non parlare del fatto che l'ultima foto 'seria' che ho scattato in vita mia risale a più di 10 anni fa! Però lo desideravo così tanto, un mio piccolo spazio da arricchire e curare come il giardino che purtroppo non ho, che mi sono detta... massì!!
